In 1998 at Murray University, a student named Michael Minger was killed in a fire which could have been prevented if his college dorm had a functioning sprinkler system. Nineteen years later a Rowan Professor, Dr. Diana Nicolae, teamed up with his mother to tell his story and prevent the same tragedy from happening to other students.
