Four local youth have been arrested for the assault of a male Rowan Student on Friday, March 2.
Rowan University’s Department of Public Safety issued a Rowan Alert message to the university community about the assault and theft on the Glassboro campus on Friday at approximately 5:50 p.m. Rowan Police detectives were able to identify all four assailants (non-Rowan students under the age of 18) that evening using surveillance camera footage of the group walking across campus. They were arrested over the weekend.
The Rowan student who was attacked was taken to Jefferson/Kennedy Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and then released.
