Welcome to Profs Pick ‘Em! Here, members of The Whit decide their winners of every game (besides Thursday Night Football) of the week, as well as adding their sleeper pick. Enjoy, criticize and let us know how many times you can tally Jon Gruden using the phrases, “This guy right here,” or, “I want to see this guy…” Happy football!

Campana’s sleeper: Houston Texans (Campana is 77-22 on the year)

I love what Deshaun Watson has done so far this year and let’s be honest, this isn’t the same Seahawks team we’ve seen the last four or five seasons. They will have to matchup with the offensive firepower that Houston holds and the Seattle offense can either erupt or be dormant from week to week. I think this will be a close one, but I believe the rookie can shock the 12th Man.

Decker’s sleeper: Houston Texans (Decker is 56-43 on the year)

This team has played well and going into the 12th Man is going to be difficult. However, Deshaun Watson is playing like a veteran QB and I think the Texans pull out a win in a
low-scoring game.

Drame’s sleeper: Detroit Lions (Drame is 60-39 on the year)

Big Ben hasn’t performed well on the road in recent memory and I expect the Lions to take advantage of the Jekyll and Hyde offense.

Kass’ sleeper: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Kass is 54-45 on the year)

Cam and the Panthers have been completely inconsistent these past few weeks and I’m looking at the Bucs to take advantage of this at home.

Leady is 58-41 on the year. No sleeper this week.

Devine is 65-34 on the year. No sleeper this week.
